FORWARD
There comes a time in almost everyone's life when one questions what life is all about. It is at this time that one begins ones search for enlightenment. Unfortunately, enlightenment cannot be found by simply reading some ancient manuscript. Neither can enlightenment be attained by performing some strange ritual or reciting some mystical incantation. Nevertheless, enlightenment can be found by anyone, anytime, who is alive and seeking it. If one seeks for truth, one will surely find it. This spiritual self-help guide may be just the tool you are looking for to help illuminate your soul.
What one discovers in ones quest for enlightenment will challenge ones personal beliefs, and perhaps, the philosophy one lives by. However, the beliefs one holds which are true will withstand such testing. After all, if all of ones beliefs were correct to begin with, one would already be enlightened.
I do not ask you to believe what I believe. I provide only information regarding my own beliefs, things I have learned in my quest for enlightenment. I hope they will help you in your journey.
